However, please be aware that certain products may have longer shipping times due to factors such as availability, customization, or special handling requirements.
3. Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can track the status of your shipment using the provided tracking number through our website or the carrier's website. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery and estimate its arrival time. 
4. Multiple Shipments: If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different locations or suppliers to expedite delivery. In such cases, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

However, please note that certain items or situations shipping costs may apply, specifically clothing and apparel items, are not eligible for free shipping.

1. Free Domestic Shipping: We provide free standard shipping on most domestic orders within the specified region. This applies to orders shipped within the designated area and meets the eligibility criteria for free shipping. Exclusions: Clothing and apparel items are not eligible for free shipping. Orders containing clothing and apparel items will be subject to standard shipping rates.
2. Shipping Costs Calculation: In certain situations, such as expedited shipping, oversized items, or deliveries to remote areas, shipping costs may be applicable. These costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. You can view the shipping charges at checkout before completing your purchase.

Delivery Delays: While we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays, customs processing, or logistical issues with shipping carriers may occasionally cause delays beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.                                                                                     

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Modish Refine gift card.

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will not receive credit for any non-eligible items returned.

Damages and issues
If you received items that were received damaged, defective, or incorrect, you will need to contact customer service within 14 days of order received in order to receive a full refund to your original payment method. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges and cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
